To maintain order and peace on our network, we require that all users abide by these few, easy-to-follow rules.

Network Regulations
Last modified: August 17, 2005, 4:40 AM

Please keep in mind that the network staff may deny
access to anyone, for any reason, at their sole discretion.
Any violation of the following rules may result
in a kill or network-wide ban.

- Abuse or discrimination against any person because of his
or her age, gender, race, sexual orientation, or religion
will absolutely not be tolerated in network channels.

Network channel violations, depending on their level of
severity, can result in a network-wide ban under certain
circumstances.

- No channel takeovers. If you are a channel administrator,
please use ChanServ to protect your channel.

- No clones.

- No flooding. This rule applies to bots that are either
improperly configured or malicious in nature.

- The distribution of copyrighted material and/or
pornography is prohibited, unless channel is +s. The
dissemination of material that has been deemed illegal by
the United States government could have legal consequences,
as this server is located in the United States. If you are
in doubt, please be sure to consult an attorney. We are not
attorneys, and therefore are not licensed to provide legal
advice. Please keep in mind that we comply fully with United
States law.

- Unsolicited advertisements ("spam") may result in a
network-wide ban.

If you have any questions about these regulations,
please request immediate assistance from a network operator.
Also, please keep in mind that channel administrators may
enforce additional rules in their respective channels.

We are absolutely not in a position to remove channel bans
arbitrarily.
